1. Promoter

The prize draw is organised and promoted by Compass SDLT Ltd (“Compass”).

2. Eligibility

- The prize draw is open to Compass clients who submit feedback via the Compass feedback form and/or leave a Trustpilot review.
- One entry is awarded per completed feedback form.
- A second entry is awarded if the client also leaves a Trustpilot review.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.

3. Entry Period

- The prize draw runs on a monthly basis.
- All eligible entries received before 23:59 on the last calendar day of the month will be entered into that month’s draw.

4. Minimum Entries

- A minimum of 50 valid entries must be received in any given month for the draw to take place.
- If fewer than 50 entries are received, all valid entries will be rolled over and included in the following month’s draw.

5. The Prize

- The prize is one £100 Amazon gift card.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection

- One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries once the 50-entry threshold has been met.
- The draw will be conducted within 7 days of the month-end (or the following month if entries are rolled over).
- The winner will be contacted directly by Compass using the details provided when completing the feedback form or Trustpilot review.

7. Winner Announcement and Claiming the Prize

- The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 14 days of the draw.
- The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted to claim the prize.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Compass reserves the right to redraw and select another winner.

8. Data Protection

- Personal details provided for entry will only be used for the administration of the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
- Compass’s privacy policy applies to all entries.

9. General

- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Compass reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- The decision of Compass regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
